the room was allocated perfectly, close to parking which was great for my wife's mobility issues. comfy bed and clean bathroom made for a relaxing stay. room service was good and fast even with a big event happening. staff were really helpful and friendly, fantastic service throughout. location was quiet which was a major plus!

the only downside was the slow response when we requested extra towels, it took a while. also, the decor felt a bit dated compared to other hotels we've stayed at.

Large, cozy room with a lovely outlook down into trees. Staff were fantastic , making me feel right at home. Laundry and room service options added convenience to the stay.

Initial room cleanliness issues forced a change, with hair and dirty surfaces noted in both rooms. Some areas like the pool needed better post-function maintenance, leaving litter from a recent event.

the noise from the teens above was quite annoying , but the room had a superb large comfortable bed and a balcony overlooking the woods. staff were friendly, and the restaurant offered amazing meals. 🌲😊

our stay at best western was delightful! the deluxe queen room was spacious and sparkling clean, and the bed was incredibly comfy. we enjoyed the continental breakfast, perfect to start the day. the hotel’s close proximity to beautiful beaches made it easy to unwind and enjoy the sunshine.

The Family Suite was huge and super comfy, the beds were just perfect for a good night's sleep. Plenty of space for us all, and we loved the big screen TV! Only downside was some minor issues with the remote control and needing to flag down staff for assistance, but overall it felt really homely.

Had a lovely time with the super comfy bed and enjoyed room service that brought us delicious meals every night. The outdoor pool and cozy garden area were perfect for unwinding after a long day. Just wish the smoking area was a bit further from the lifts, but it didn’t dampen our stay at all! 😊

Clean rooms and stunning balcony views

I had a really enjoyable stay with my family. our Deluxe Queen Room was clean, tidy, and offered a lovely balcony that was perfect for watching the sun rise. The bathroom was visually appealing, and it was great to find that the mattress and sheets were fresh and comfy. One downside, though, was the breakfast situation, I felt it could be better organized without the need for extra charges for hot options.
